At District 7505 Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE), student safety is our top priority. To ensure the well-being of all participants, this form is required for any travel outside the state of New Jersey. Please note that travel to Philadelphia is considered in-state and does not require this form. All travel must adhere to the policies established by ESSEX, Rotary International and District 7505 including the prohibition of solo travel by students. This permission form is designed to ensure that all travel is both safe and fully authorized.
