District Registration for MA PETS

Mid-Atlantic President Elect Training Seminar (MAPETS 2022)

Please be advised that we will have a Hybrid 2022 MAPETS.
This year’s MAPETS will be a hybrid event. There will be an in-person meeting and a virtual live meeting running concurrently.
What that means is the MAPETS schedule of Thursday evening, February 24 (optional Enrichment Session evening), Friday, February 25, and Saturday, February 26 sessions run for both in-person attendees as well as virtual attendees following the schedule currently available on the MAPETS.org website.
People attending in-person and people attending virtually, further information:
- For the Optional sessions to be held on Thursday, Feb. 24 from 4:30 to 6:30pm, these sessions will be held both in-person and virtually (joint session) and led by a facilitator.
- All five General sessions (Friday, Feb. 25 and Saturday, Feb. 26) will be in-person and streamed virtually to all Rotarians registered for the virtual MAPET.
- All facilitated breakout sessions (Friday, Feb. 25 in the afternoon and Saturday, Feb. 26 in the morning) will be in-person for those registered for the in-person MAPETS (as per today) and virtually (held and facilitated separately from the in-person ones). For the Rotarians registered for the virtual MAPETS, the facilitated sessions will be via breakout rooms, the same date and at the same time but using a virtual room and different facilitators. Links for these sessions will be sent separately to all virtual attendees.
- For the District sessions (to be held Friday, Feb. 25 in morning, they will be conducted both in-person and virtually (joint session) and led by their respective DGEs (4 Sessions for D7390. D7430, DD7450, and D7505). Links will be sent in advance for these sessions.
All in-person attendees must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations, wear masks and follow the CDC guidelines placed in the www.mapets.org website, or will not be able to attend.
