The Background check form you will complete is used to provide data to our provider "One Source" Background Check Company. Once received, you will receive a link specific to you to complete the Background Check information yourself. This link cannot be shared. If you are a Rotarian and (not involved with Rotary Youth Exchange), you must provide a check for $34.50. Once received by the district office, your background check will be initiated. Temporary Rotary Youth Exchange chaperones, volunteers, host family members, are free.
